Restoring Judicial Impeachment

Recently, the topic of “Restoring Judicial Impeachment” was discussed on the Law & Liberty blog/website: http://www.libertylawsite.org/2018/03/26/restoring-judicial-impeachment-james-rogers-mark-pulliam-prudence-supreme-court-samuel-chase-constitution (attached hereto, PDF and PNG versions). Note: While Law & Liberty is nominally libertarianism-oriented (unsuitable for this website, which is non-partisan/political), that discussion topic was non-ideological.

Since that discussion has obvious connections to Judicial Misconduct, I’m “importing” it here, where the discussion can be continued.

I bumped into another discussion topic, on the “Radical Assault on Truth in the Law,” on the Quillette blog/website: http://quillette.com/2018/04/02/beyond-warnings-radical-assault-truth-law (attached hereto, PDF and PNG versions). Thinking that Judicial Misconduct in the sense of this website might be of interest to that group, I contributed to the Quillette discussion, only to soon discover that Quillette is not interested in practical aspects of Judicial Misconduct, but only in “Critical Legal Theory” aspects.

So the discussion on Quillette discussion has no serious import for this website, nevertheless I’m “importing” it here because at some point down the road it may have some peripheral interest to somebody.
