- 2017 May 2 — This website, JudicialMisconduct.US, goes live, with Case Study Tuvell v. IBM.
- 2017 Jun 14 — Added Case Study Ryan v. U.S. (a.k.a. “Alschuler v. Easterbrook”).

- 2018 Apr 29 — Website “hacked by Bala Sniper.” This is a wide-spread defacing attack technique, self-proclaimedly hailing from Kurdistan. See for example https://www.telapost.com/wordpress-hacked-february-2017 (which speaks of “WordPress” hacks, though I use Drupal, and I administer its security updates regularly). This was a non-destructive hack, no content lost (recovery was easy), just downtime and shaming.
